Business Communication Manager is developed as an application with different access levels according to the roles that each user performs in it:

 

Seekers

The main function of that role is collecting contact information. On entering new contact information, the system automatically checks in the existing database in order to avoid re – entering of one and the same contact. The seekers have the option to enroll new contact information on various criteria, which subsequently facilitates the process of data filtering.

There are up to eight fields for landlines, four for mobile and four email addresses. Each field can be marked that it contains personal or professional information. There is an option to add Facebook, Skype or website contact details in the field for personal information. In addition you can set the kind of the contact – company or personal, and the origin of information also.

The access to the system is entirely web-based, which allows remote data collection from any location connected to Internet.

All that allows creation of detailed data information for each new contact.

 

Operators

This type of access allows the user to have an active correspondence with the existing contact database. Through a variety of options the operators can record, process and archive the correspondence and information received for each contact. The connection can be performed through a web-based PBX or by email. The e-mail panel offers all functionalities of standard e-mail applications.

Each contact has its own data file, that includes the information already stored and the new information obtained and entered by operators as a result of new correspondence. Criteria and methodology used for recording the new information in database can be tuned to the specific needs of each company.

Operator mode is so organized that at any moment you can have a look at the various options that the system offers. This allows an intuitive and flexible operation with different system functions.

This type of access is desktop-based and its installation does not require any special technical skills, or higher PC characteristics.

 

Administrators

Administrators have absolute access to all levels of information and also control the access to other users. Their main function is to prepare reports and statistics based on the information obtained during communication with customers. Administrators have the right to create user accounts, to organize and monitor tasks execution, to set quotas.

This type of access is entirely web-based. Allows easy, mobile monitoring and controlling of the work of each employee with account in the BCM system.
